Weekly schedule for Bermagui, Cobargo and Quaama - 9th October to 15th December 2023:
Monday: Quaama Walking Group - meet at Quaama hall, 10.30am to 11.30am; Mindfulness & Movement - at Quaama Hall, 1pm to 2.30pm
Tuesday: Badminton - Bermagui Indoor Stadium, 2pm to 4pm; Table Tennis - Bermagui Indoor Stadium, 6pm to 8pm
Wednesday: Body Move with Julia - Quaama Hall, 10am to 11am
Thursday: Yoga (Traditional Hatha) with Sara Bear - Quaama Hall, 9.30am to' 11am; Mindfulness & Movement - Bermagui Surf Club, 10.30am to 12pm; Mens Yoga (Traditonal Hatha) with Madhava - Cobargo School of Arts Hall, 2.20pm to 3.45pm; Basketball (Youth) - Cobargo Basketball Courts, 3.30pm to 5.30pm
Friday: Tai Chi with Rod - Cobargo School of Arts Hall, 10am to 11.15am
Sunday: Badminton - Bermagui Indoor Stadium, 10am to 12pm
